Scope and sources
Coverage is Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Great Prayer Day is included through 2023 and removed from 2024. Constitution Day, 1 May, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are not included as public holidays; workplace arrangements can still make them days off.

What the calculator includes
This tool calculates named dates with Gregorian calendar rules. Modern coverage starts in 1995; earlier years are historical projections. Future years assume unchanged rules. Ordinary Sundays are handled by your chosen workweek rather than repeated in the holiday table. No substitute weekday is added when a Nordic holiday falls on a weekend.
